By placing an order with Roar Store you agree to these terms.

Orders

Sending an order from the website is a request, not a completed purchase. An order is confirmed only after we reply on WhatsApp, confirm availability, and receive payment.

Prices

Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Items marked "Price on request" are priced when we confirm your order. If a listed price is wrong, we will tell you before you pay and you can cancel.

Delivery

Digital items (accounts, codes, subscriptions) are delivered over WhatsApp or email after payment is confirmed. Pre-orders are delivered when the game is released.

Accounts and codes

Follow the usage instructions we send with each account or code. Changing details we ask you not to change can cause the product to stop working and is not covered by our refund policy.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You can delete your account at any time.
